SOCIAL DANCERS TO WEAR JEANS IN AID OF GENETIC DISORDERS UK – JEANS FOR GENES
Many social dancers and those keen to learn a new dance will be raising funds for Genetic Disorders UK by wearing their Jeans and taking part in a 'Jeans for Genes Dance Night' on Friday 27th September 2013 in London UK.
The event, organised by Izzy Promotions in collaboration with John SalsaSocial, an established dance promoter, will be held at Seebos VIP Lounge in East London. The evening will include dance classes in Bachata and Kizomba, dance performances followed by dance club night with top International DJs playing Kizomba, Bachata and a dash of Salsa.
Jeans for Genes Dance Night will help raise money for Genetic Disorders UK, the charity that aims to transform the lives of children with genetic disorders.
Genetic disorders affect 1 in 25 children in the UK – that’s more than 30,000 babies born each year. Their associated health problems mean that genetic disorders are the biggest cause of death of children aged 14 and under.
Entry on the night is by a donation of £3 per person wearing Jeans and £5 if not wearing Jeans. The theme for the night is 'Jeans & White'. There will also be a raffle draw to help boost the funds raised.
According to John SalsaSocial, spokesperson for the event, "Our passion for dance and the fact that you can't go wrong with Jeans makes this an exciting way of supporting a worthy cause. We ask everyone to come along and be part of the fun. Not only will you learn some new dance steps from our professional teachers but you will also have an amazing night whilst at the same time helping to change lives!"
